Bet on who will win the F1 Constructors Championship

Last season was both traumatic and dramatic for McClaren. They were found guilty of industrial espionage by the FIA, the governing body of World Motorsport, for stealing technology from Ferrari. The FIA imposed a fine of $100,000,000 and disqualified them from the Constructors Championship. This handed the Constructors Championship to Ferrari.

We know that it is just not the driver’s skill that wins races but also what the team does behind the scenes, choice of tyres, pit stop strategy and car reliability to name a few. It is also important for the teams to have both drivers finishing in the points to ensure they get the maximum constructors tally in each race.

So what of this season? Well if you like to bet on favourites then you should put your bet on either Ferrari or McClaren to again be fighting it out for the Constructors Championship. However, a good outside bet would be the BMW Saubers who last season made themselves very competitive and finished second due to McClaren’s disqualification.
